1. Ensuring Mold Clamping Accuracy

- Uniform distribution of clamping force: Support blocks ensure that the movable half and fixed half of the mold remain parallel during mold closing, preventing localized gaps.

- Prevention of platen deformation: Under high injection pressure, support blocks bear part of the clamping force, protecting the mold plates from bending or deformation.
