How can design modifications improve the concavity issue in box-shaped products?

 For products like the one shown in the image below, the open end often experiences a concavity issue. How can we improve this problem without resorting to reverse deformation design?


We can reduce the material on all corners of this product, the cut plastic follow the standard as the image show below.


Why does this way can be solve the deformation issues? Because these corners are farther away from the cooling channels than other areas. Therefore, when the product is release from the mold, the temperature of these corner areas will be higher than that of other areas, causing them to continue shrinking—and thus leading to product deformation.
